Our Learning Suite

Learning in teams, and integrating learning in the context of workflow is the Best Practice of today. Creating learning and knowledge environments that capture and share expertise, allow for learners to access information on demand, and engenders communication with coworkers will be the norm of adult education. The group learns better than the individual. Our low cost extended enterprise hosted solution provides such a learning infrastructure that includes personalized workspaces, individual or group learning process definitions and creation of communities of interest.

Software
Our Collaborative Learning Solution supports all kinds of learning and collaborative processes. It is fully web based, with no plug-ins, and supports multiple browsers in a hosted envronment. Easy to connect with business applications (using the Process Manager: see under Engage!)

Functionality of our solution include:

Portal functionality: home page with log-in, browse public courses, news. Public content is accessable for visitors. You can navigate to My learning / My projects, My groups, My portfolio, calendar, list of activities and synchronous communication. You can start and build a collaborative environment with all kinds of Groups, Communities, SIG's. It is up to the Customer to select their synchronous tools such as WebEx, Centra, Elluminate, Go to Meeting or Futurecom

Learning Management System: Provide functions like take a web based course, knowledge documents, announcements, notifications, tests & surveys, polls, links, glossary, import/export content, assignments, WIKI and more. It includes administrative functions like user management, privilge management, tracking, notification management, mail, RSS feed, statistics, assignment management.

Workspace, ePortfolio & collaboration: : Provides functions such as peer groups / community with member management, announcements, forums, chat (with messaging transcripts), wiki, collaboration in one or more communities, inbox, calendar, library and drafting room

Wiki with edit, page control, RSS feed, links and attachments, etc.

Basic platform

My Collaborative Learning (Home page) with news and navigation to courses, projects, groups, activities, portfolio and calendar. For visitors (not logging in) public courses / knowledge documents are available

Learning Management System with access to courses, projects, news, search, forums, chat (with transcript option), assessments, assignments (with feedback and scores), groups, import / export content, mail & inbox, glossary, links, polls, directory, wiki, and property- user (group) management, content (category) management

Multiple Groups: Collaboration & Workspace with news, forum, chat, (shared) documents / files library, drafting room (file management, versions, revisions, comments, lock/unlock), calendar, access & privileges management, mail & inbox

ePortfolio with same functions like groups but managed by the individual

We have integrated our Partner offerings that include:

Process manager to design, model, tune and manage processes like a learning process, a workflow and where relevant to connect with business applications. To provide dash-boards with report information. This BPM suite is based on the SOA architecture. The process manager is based on solid and proven technology. It has been delivered to over 30 clients to design, improve, audit, business processes. We are using the same technology for learning processes.

Competence scans and assessments: The CM process can be managed with the process engine. Based on the (business) processes, managed by the process engine, we can provide performance indicators on a dashboard.

Content & Digital Asset management: publishing SCORM objects, Electronic Publishing. workflow functions, assets and publishing of content development, maintenance and delivery.

Authoring: We provide authoring capabilities within our suite but you have the option of using any tool to publish SCORM objects in our environment.
