ITIL Foundation Course : An introduction to the fundamentals of IT Service Management. This course will introduce you to the IT Infrastructure Library, and the ten basic Service Support and Delivery processes. The course is delivered over a 2 ½ day period - approximately 20 hours of classroom lecture and in-class collaboration with instructors and student peers.

Therefore we provide access to a collaboration environment to discuss home work, cases and to prepare for certification. ITIL Foundation Course Certification Examination ($140 per attempt): Foundation certification is the first step to Service Management professional. It is the prerequisite for Practitioner's and Manager's certificate in IT service management.

A one-hour 40 question multiple choice certification examination can be scheduled through Prometric.

The certificate has an international value. It is YOUR certificate, not a company document.
