An abbreviated half day overview workshop that provides a unifying, common language and best practice that can be utilized for any level of your team or organization, and integrates five key competences: leadership, change, teams, value differences, and communication into one memorable course without sacrificing depth and practical application. Supported by a movie that is an animated life and business simulation to help you to get an overview of the 8 stages and examples of specific behavior, like the role of leadership, transformers and resistors

Workshop: “Performance improvement for teams”

Results will be:

* team members will understand the drivers, values and perceptions of the individuals in the team

will learn how to communicate and how to work together in the most optimal way

* they will know their weaknesses and ‘blind spots” and how to deal with it

* it will improve communication between leader / manager and team

* it will improve the team performance related to their tasks

* they will recognize and understand how team members act under stress and unconfortable situations

* it will improve communication with clients by recognizing their drivers and values

Deze workshop start met een korte test, online, die ca. 15 minuten vraagt.

Daarna een halve dag terugkoppeling, achtergrond en toepassing in de praktijk.

Ter kennismaking kan ook één persoon de test doen en een individuele terugkoppeling krijgen. Wij bieden dat aan voor € 50.-

Personal Drivers & the impact on team Performance Workshop

Individual drivers, team performance and communication Each person has his own drives. Drives are important in explaining behaviors and feelings, thinking and acting. Drives derive from the way we look at this world: from world views But people have more world views at the same time …One test, on-line, 15 minutes to complete. Feedback to the individual: The test result gives a picture of what drives people, and distributes 100% their values over 7 categories. Different for each person. Almost always a score for all seven drives. Dominant drives are just as relevant as less dominant drives.

We will show how to value differences. We will show the effectiveness of the team in the context of the organization. The relationship Manager – Team. And how to improve the performance. Test plus half day workshop. Follow up is optional. $285 per test, individual feedback on-line included. Workshops on request.
